免費無限次數上維修檢查及人工更換新器材,訊號測試/技術支援。零件另計包括:鏡頭、硬盤、錄影機 、顯示器、變壓器、纖光傳輸器、絞線傳輸頭。
如錄影機回廠維修本公司可借出錄影機暫時使用。
接獲通知48小時到達檢查維修。
工作時間:10:00-19:00

Maintenance Service includes: 服務包括:

1. Unlimited Telephone Support Service (Within normal office hours ) 無限次電話支援服務 (限於正常辦公時間)

2. Unlimited On-Site Support Service (Within normal office hours ) 無限次上門維修系統服務 (限於正常辦公時間)

3. Product Replacement Service *(only applicable to customers who continuously subscribe to our maintenance service)

產品更換 (此項的服務對象為連續使用我們的保養服務之客戶)

4. Response Time: within 8hrs 提供8小時回覆時間

5. On-Site Response Time: within 48hrs (Within normal office hours )

提供48小時內上門維修 (限於正常辦公時間)

6. The maintenance service will normally be provided within office hour i.e, 10:00am – 19:00 from Monday to Saturday.

No service will be provided on Sunday and Public Holidays. Service Hotline: 23239180, Non-office hour Service Hotline: 2217 0688.

Service may be suspended without prior notice due to typhoon or rain storm.

7. Product Replacement Response Time: within 48hrs

提供48小時內貨品更換

8. The damaged product may be replaced by similar product/model performing same function when the original product/model is out of stock.

如任何產品缺貨, 本公司將提供同級產品代替

9. Extra minium charge of HK$1200 per man labour is needed for maintenance service provided during non-office hour.

非辦工時間安排維修,需額外收取最低費用HK$1200每工人

 

Remark: Damages and deplete caused by any fault, negligence, batteries, electrical wire accident are NOT covered by this maintenance contract.

備註: 所有保養不包括: 誤用、 疏忽、潑水、敲打、電池、電線消耗及意外所導致之損壞

The warranty shall be automatically voided if the machine(s) or any part(s) thereof has been modified, tampered with,

altered, converted or repaired in anyway by anybody other than Jp Easy Co., Ltd. authorized representatives

如機器或其任何部分被 Jp Easy Co., Ltd. 授權代表以外的人以任何形式修改, 撥弄, 更改,變換或維修, 則本保養將自動作廢
